This 1-hour webinar will take a close look at how holds work in Evergreen. We will discuss the Holds Targeter, best practices for placing and pulling holds, and troubleshooting.

Reports 101: Tables, Transforms and Operators
The next installment on our series on teh Evergreen reporter will take a look at tha various ways to change the way the data in your reports is displayed. We will learn how to navigate the tables and link out to new data sources, to transform the data output from the raw data stored in the database, and to set different operators.
Audience: Anyone interested in learning more about reports.
SLAM Orientation
This 1-hour webinar will include an overview of System Login Access Manager duties, and look at how to create, extend, and de-activate accounts, and an opportunity to ask questions. We encourage new SLAMs to attend, as well as those who may need a refresher or have advice to offer others.
Audience: System Administrators
Each month, NC Cardinal will host a virtual drop-in on an Evergreen-related function or topic. Anyone interested in coming and learning more about the topic, asking questions, or sharing their knowledge and experience is welcome.
All drop-ins will start at 2 PM EST and run for 1 hour.
