Acquisitions 101: Tips, Tricks, and Troubleshooting

This 1-hour webinar will take a look at the acquisitions workflow. We will cover the basic workflow (whether you use EDI or not). We'll also take a look at common issues and discuss how to handle delayed and cancelled line items, how to move money between funds, how to troubleshoot invoices, and any other questions you have. Ifyou're new to Acquisitions, this is a chance to learn thebasics and get your questions answered. If you're a seasoned pro, this is a chance to dive into some of the issues that have come up since the last two upgrades.

Audience: Staff who already work with the Acquisitions functions in Evergreen, or who work in libraries using the Acquisitions function and want to learn more

Tracking Transits

This 1-hour webinar will cover information about managing in transit items in Evergreen. Topics covered will include the admin Transit List, the process of cancelling transits, and useful transit reports. We will also discuss workflows for managing items that are considered to be lingering in transit, and troubleshooting.
