Reports 101
This 2-hour webinar will provide an introductory overview of reports within the context of the new 3.13 reports interface. Those who are new to reports will find help with basic concepts such as cloning templates, running reports, and setting recurrence. Those who have used reports in the past will find help navigating the new interface.
Billing and Payments
This 1-hour webinar will cover information about how bills work in Evergreen, the process of applying "grocery bills," different payment options, and troubleshooting odd bills. Any staff, from front-line to admin, who work with billing are encouraged to attend. In addition to the planned webinar, registrants are encouraged to bring examples of strange billing situations or complex questions to discuss.
Each month, NC Cardinal will host a virtual drop-in on an Evergreen-related function or topic. Anyone interested in coming and learning more about the topic, asking questions, or sharing their knowledge and experience is welcome.
All drop-ins will start at 12 PM EST and run for 1 hour.
